We use your information to confirm service availability, schedule and provide bin-valet or pressure-washing services, communicate service updates, respond to questions, process payments, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Square handles payment information under its own privacy notice and terms.

When we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, communicate with customers, or deliver services; with workers or contractors assigned to your service; when required by law; to protect customers, our business, or others; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Mobile messaging privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages you requested.

If you opt in, Refuse to Think ATL may send service updates, scheduling notices, account notifications, and customer-care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Gate codes and access details

Gate codes and bin-location details are used only to access the property for the service you requested. Please provide only the access information necessary for that service.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
