Our services

For bin-valet service, we move eligible household waste bins from the location you identify to the curb before the scheduled collection and return them after collection. A plan may include bin washing when stated in the plan description. Pressure-washing work is performed only after we confirm the scope and price with you.

Starting service

Your signup is a request for service, not a guarantee of availability. Service begins after we confirm your address, collection schedule, access details, start date, and payment. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us of relevant changes.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for placing only lawful household waste in eligible bins; ensuring bins are safe to move and not overloaded; keeping the route to the bins reasonably clear and safe; securing pets; and providing working gate or access information. We may pause or skip service when access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe.

Collection schedules and interruptions

Collection schedules are controlled by your waste hauler or local authority. Holidays, weather, equipment failures, road conditions, emergencies, or collection changes may delay or prevent service. We will make reasonable efforts to complete or reschedule service and communicate material changes when practical.

Pricing and payment

Prices and included services are shown during signup or in a written quote. Recurring plans renew and are charged through Square according to the billing frequency presented at checkout until canceled. Square’s separate terms apply to its payment services. You are responsible for applicable charges and for maintaining a valid payment method.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation by emailing us. We will stop future renewals after the cancellation is reasonably processed. Refunds, credits, and rescheduled services are determined by the offer or written agreement provided to you and applicable law.

Property and damage concerns

Tell us promptly about a service or property concern so we can investigate it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, concealed defects, unstable or overloaded bins, damage caused by third parties, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Text messaging program

If you provide your mobile number and separately opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Refuse to Think ATL concerning service updates, scheduling, account notifications, billing reminders, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you call us outside business hours and we're unable to answer, you may receive a text message inviting you to continue the conversation via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Reply HELP for help, or email info@refusetothink.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or discontinue the messaging program, subject to applicable law.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse its content or services.

Disclaimers and limits

Services are provided with reasonable care, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation or collection service by third-party waste haulers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Georgia law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting any consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or services. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect. Material changes affecting an active paid plan will be communicated when required.
